The Planning and Visual Education Partnership (PAVE) will once again host the Student Design Competition. This annual competition, now in its 18th year, is open to college-level students in retail planning, merchandising and branding programs.
Sponsored by B&N Industries, the competition features a store design challenge to design a pop-up shop, and a visual merchandising challenge to design a window display and an entryway display area.
Entries are due Nov. 1. Judging will take place in November at B&N’s offices in Burlingame, Calif. Awards for this competition include grants for students and schools totaling $27,000.
