Target Unveils New Curated Gadget Assortment

Minneapolis-based Target Corp. has partnered with WIRED to create “WIRED Editors’ Picks for Target,” a custom-curated assortment of consumer electronics and gadgets designed to simplify and enhance digital music streaming, photography, personal fitness and more. The assortment includes existing Target products, as well as four products available for the first time at Target. The new gadget assortment is available at Target stores and online at Target.com/wired. Helpful callouts within in-store displays highlight unique features and categorize how the items can be used. “Target wanted to collaborate with an industry expert to create an assortment that will help our guests find the latest gadgets easily and conveniently,” said John Butcher, vice president of electronics, Target.
