FITCH Names Director of Architecture

Columbus, Ohio-based FITCH recently announced that Hemant Modi has joined the firm as director of architecture. With nearly three decades of international retail, commercial and shopping center expertise, Modi will mentor FITCH’s licensed architectural professionals, manage client relationships and build new business. He is based in the Phoenix studio. Before joining FITCH, Modi directed the southwest retail team and managed several offices for SSOE.
