FITCH Announces Management Team Changes

Columbus, Ohio-based FITCH recently made changes to its North American management team. Stephen Jay is now the company’s managing director, North America. In his new role, Jay will lead the firm through its next stage of growth. He has more than 15 years of experience in retail consulting, brand strategy, shopper insights and innovation, as well as broad experience with agency management. Vicky Leavitt has moved to the newly created position of executive vice president of mergers and acquisitions. With past mergers and acquisitions experience in the United States and abroad, Leavitt will help FITCH scale its skills and geographies through strategic growth. Larry Stewart is now the managing director of FITCH architecture. He has more than 30 years of experience in leadership positions on both the consulting and client sides of the business, and has amassed significant expertise in the grocery, consumer electronics and big box retail sectors. Additionally, Christian Davies, Executive Creative Director, Americas has been asked to take on additional management responsibilities as part of a new executive team, working with Stephen Jay and Larry Stewart.
