Diane von Furstenberg Unveils New Store Format
December 05, 2012
New York-based Diane von Furstenberg unveiled a new store prototype at The Forum Shops at Caesars in Las Vegas on Dec. 1, according to www.wwd.com. The 2,000-sq.-ft. store has a gallery-like, black-and-white interior that provides contrast to the designer’s bold clothing. The back of the store features an accessories lounge that boasts the brand’s iconic lip pattern, displaying handbags, shoes, belts and sunglasses. The new format, which was developed with Kramer Design Group, is the brand’s first major store design update since the opening of its store in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District in 2007. Currently, the retailer operates 27 in-store shops and 58 freestanding stores, including another Las Vegas store at The Shoppes at The Palazzo.
