Badgley Mischka to Open First New York Store

Badgley Mischka will open its first New York store in spring 2013, according to www.wwd.com. The three-floor, 3,000-sq.-ft. store is a townhouse-turned-retail-space in New York’s Upper East Side neighborhood and marks the retailer’s third store in the United States. The store will feature a design aimed at making customers feel as though they are shopping a luxe private home. In addition to its U.S. locations, Badgley Mischka operates nine stores in China and plans to have 30 by the end of 2013.
