Kroger Ends Agreement with SuperValu

Cincinnati-based The Kroger Co. announced the end of its service agreement with its SuperValu ALM Livonia facility in Detroit. According to the company, it will transfer operations to Delaware, Ohio, by March 2008. The Livonia warehouse is owned by Eden Prairie, Minn.-based SuperValu Inc., and according to Kroger, employees will be eligible to apply for work at its new facility in Ohio. The warehouse is responsible for services throughout Kroger's 138 Michigan stores. View the complete story here.
