Fatburger Opens in Shadowlake, Neb.

Portland, Ore.-based Fog Cutter Capital Group Inc. announced the opening of its newest Fatburger restaurant in Shadowlake, Neb. It is the first Fatburger location in Nebraska. "This expansion into Nebraska is part of the company’s overall expansion plans to open between 20 to 30 new restaurants this year," said Andy Wiederhorn, chairman of Fatburger. The 2,400-sq.-ft. restaurant is expected to employ 20 workers. Fatburger currently operates 98 locations throughout the United States.
