C.R. Laurence Completes Acquisitions, Adds Director

Los Angeles-based C.R. Laurence Co. Inc. announced its acquisition of Los Angeles-based Tajima Corp. USA. In addition, the company announced the appointment of Yuval (Al) Eini, former president of Tajima, as director of sales and engineering for its architectural metals group. The company also announced the completion of its agreement with San Francisco-based Pacific Door Closer Inc. as the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of Balanced Doors, to begin in the spring of 2010. C.R. Laurence operates 25 locations throughout North America, Europe and Australia.
