Capel Rugs Names New Director of Merchandising

Troy, N.C.-based Capel Rugs announced the appointment of Tami Watras as director of merchandising. Watras will handle all strategy and execution of merchandise selection, product development and procurement, and will report directly to president and CEO John Magee. Previously, Watras served as general manage of Capel’s retail division and has been with the company since 2006. Capel Rugs are sold through independent retailers, catalogs and designer showrooms throughout the United States.
