Abercrombie & Fitch Extends CEO's Deal

New Albany, Ohio-based fashion retailer Abercrombie & Fitch has agreed to an extended deal to keep CEO Michael Jeffries at the company until 2014. Jeffries, who also is the company's chairman, signed the agreement just days before his previous deal was scheduled to expire on Dec. 31. The new deal, which is being filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, is now scheduled to expire on Feb. 1, 2014. The company operates 353 Abercrombie & Fitch stores, 211 Abercrombie stores, 501 Hollister Co. stores, 27 RUEHL stores and 13 Gilly Hicks stores in the United States.
