July 15, 2008
Paris fashion emporium Colette is creating a pop-up store in San Francisco-based The Gap Inc.'s rotating concept shop in Manhattan adjacent to its 54th Street and Fifth Avenue flagship, according to Women's Wear Daily. The store, named Colette x Gap, will remain open from Sept. 6 to Oct. 5, 2008, and will offer exclusive merchandise from Colette in addition to limited-edition Gap T-shirts. Colette plans to add new products to the store each week and will stock limited-edition merchandise from designers such as Oakley sunglasses, Hello Kitty watches and Asics sneakers.
