Finish Line Announces New CEO

Indianapolis-based The Finish Line Inc. announced that its board of directors has appointed Glenn S. Lyon, currently president of Finish Line, as CEO. Lyon's new role will be effective Dec. 1, following the planned retirement of current CEO Alan H. Cohen, who will remain chairman. Upon his appointment as CEO, Lyon is expected to join the board, and Steven Schneider, currently COO, will assume the additional role of president. Lyon joined Finish Line in 2001 as executive vice president and chief merchandising officer.
