WD Partners to Acquire Schorleaf

Dublin, Ohio-based WD Partners has entered a letter of intent to acquire Phoenix-based Schorleaf, a store decor, signage and graphics provider. According to WD Partners, acquiring Schorleaf will expand its services for multiunit retailers, including grocery stores and big-box retailers. Sharon Shore, president of Schorleaf, will continue in her position, and Schorleaf's management will remain autonomous from WD Partners.
