Three Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH Stores to Open in 2009
July 17, 2008

New York-based Saks Inc. announced that it will open three new Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH stores in 2009. The company plans to open OFF 5TH stores in The Legends at Sparks Marina in Reno-Sparks, Nev., in May 2009; Cincinnati Premium Outlets in Monroe, Ohio, in August 2009; and Grand Prairie Prime Outlets in metropolitan Dallas in November 2009. Each of the stores will be 28,000 sq. ft. and will be designed after the company's new prototype store that opened in at the Prime Outlets International Center in Orlando, Fla., in April 2008. "We are very excited about our growth plans," said Robert Wallstrom, president of OFF 5TH. "Each of the new stores will be located in premier outlet centers and complemented by a variety of other luxury and designer stores. We will continue to look for additional new store opportunities in the future."
