Tiffany & Co. Opens Third Store in Las Vegas

New York-based Tiffany & Co. announced plans to open its newest store in Las Vegas, located on Las Vegas Boulevard in The Crystals at CityCenter in late 2009. The 500,000-sq.-ft. Crystals center will be designed by New York-based Studio Daniel Libeskind and will include black marble, stainless steel doors, a sculptural staircase, mottled Makore wood, Italian marbles and 85-ft. ceilings. The 10,000-sq.-ft. store will feature the entire Tiffany & Co. collections, including engagement rings, fine and sterling silver jewelry, watches, gifts, accessories and designs by Elsa Peretti, Paloma Picasso, Jean Schlumberger and Frank Gehry. It will be the third Tiffany location in Las Vegas. The company operates more than 170 stores worldwide.
