Stylmark Acquires Interlock Structures

Minneapolis-based lighting products manufacturer Stylmark Inc. recently announced that it is acquiring privately held Interlock Structures International. Inc., which provides custom decor solutions to the retail and trade show markets. Stylmark and Interlock Structures will combine operations in Stylmark's 160,000-sq.-ft. facility in Fridley, Minn., and will operate under the Stylmark name.
