Sean John Launches Unit in Atlanta Airport
July 01, 2009
New York-based retailer Sean John Clothing Inc. has unveiled a new store in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, according to WWD.com. The 1,000-sq.-ft. branch, operated by Bethesda, Md.-based HMSHost under a six-year license agreement, is a duty-paid airport shop and carries a full range of the Sean John collection, including denim, sportswear and licensed products. HMSHost launched a licensed Ermenegildo Zegna boutique at the Atlanta airport in May, and will open Bulgari and Salvatore Ferragamo stores this July. The Atlanta store is Sean John’s second full-price retail venture, following its New York flagship, which opened in 2004.
