Charlotte Russe CEO Retires
July 23, 2008

San Diego-based Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. announced that Mark Hoffman, CEO and a director of the company, has retired. The board of directors named board member Leonard Mogil, formerly group executive vice president of Phillips-Van Heusen Corp., as interim CEO. The board will immediately begin a search for a permanent CEO. Charlotte Russe operates 469 stores in 45 states and Puerto Rico. The company expects to open approximately 60 new stores in fiscal 2008.
