Bag’n Baggage Bought By Colorado Companies

Denver-based Gart Capital Partners and Colorado Baggage Co. have purchased Dallas-based Bag’n Baggage Ltd., a company advised in the transaction by Hillsborough, N.J.-based Clear Thinking Group LLC. The combined company, Colorado Bag’n Baggage, will become one of the country’s largest specialty retailers of luxury luggage and travel accessories. Both Bag’n Baggage and Colorado Baggage Co. have operated for more than 30 years.
