Philips Solid-State Lighting Solutions, the new entity formed by Philips' acquisition of Color Kinetics, recently launched its eWT Profile Powercore--a low-profile, linear fixture for display case applications. Powered by line voltage, it consumes just 6 watts of energy per ft. and can support a run of up to 50 ft. on a single circuit. At 7/8 in. thick and 1 1/2 in. wide, the fixture is easily and discretely installed. It is available in 11-in., 21-in. and 41-in. lengths and in color temperatures of 2700 K and 4000 K.
